Come From Away is a musical tale based on events that took place in Gander, Newfoundland during the week that followed the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Centre. The week that 38 planes landed unexpectedly at Gander "International" Airport.

 

The musical tells the story of some of the seven thousand passengers stranded that week and of the resilience, generosity and ingenuity of the locals in caring for them.
